Amelia plays for her school team, National Junior College. She is quite new to the sport, having picked it up only for about one year. However, she is showing some good touches. The past few months have seen her improve as a player and she is a better player now.
In a recent friendly game, when she played as a forward, she shined on court and played her part well. She has good balance on court and if she can use her gifts well and remember the basics, she should have no problem contributing to the team on court.
Coach: ‘I’m glad to have Amelia on the team, a girl who is so willing to learn and always ready to improve herself. She is teachable and that is a good quality to see in a player. I believe that she will be able to function well as a forward. Her skills are pretty good but just need some refining. I can’t wait to see her play.’
